What are your creations made from?
Jewellery and game pieces are generally made from epoxy resin but can also be made with polymer clay coated in resin. Costume pieces are usually made from foam and foam clay. Acrylic paint, glitter, mica powders etc. can be added as well. If in doubt get in contact. It never hurts to ask!
Are your chains and earrings allergy friendly?
Items listed on the site are not. However chains and earring hooks can be swapped out for steel on request. Custom orders can also be made with steel.
Is there anything I should know about resin?
Resin is waterproof but do not submerge, especially in hot water. Do not eat. Avoid prolonged direct contact with sunlight or UV light. Heat resistant up to 50C. Avoid freezing. Avoid cleaning with acetone or rubbing alcohol. Please read the manufacturers SDS for more information. I use Art Resin for creations.
Why do custom orders take two weeks?
Depending on the order resin items can take up to 72 hours to fully cure, and even longer if they have to be made in stages. I can’t put together jewellery until the resin is fully cured or it could damage the piece. Some items may also need to be sanded and polished or painted. If your order is ready sooner I will ship it sooner.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently only accept payment through Paypal. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
I saw an item on Instagram that I can’t find in the shop.
Sometimes I post items as I make them, but it may take a while to update the shop. Sometimes items are a once off and when they’re gone, they’re gone. Check back regularly for updates or you can message me if you see something you like. If something has sold before you could get to it I can (usually) make another one.
Why is my country not on the shipping list?
If you don’t see your country get in touch. I’ll check shipping costs and customs regulations. At the moment I use An Post for shipping items. UK shipping is now available.
Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
Due to Covid and the postal services being overwhelmed shipping is taking longer. Please be mindful of this before you order. We are also at the mercy of An Post. You can always opt for tracked postage so that you can check on delivery progress. But once the item leaves my care I’m afraid there’s nothing I can do.
