Faulty Items

We take every care to ensure items are the best quality possible before shipping. However if an item is somehow faulty you have the right to return it within 28 days along with proof of purchase. If it just needs to be fixed we can do that too.

If your package and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will be unable to accept any responsibility or liability and by placing your order and accepting these terms you agree that the risk of the goods being damaged in transit rests with the customer.

Returns

If you are unhappy with a piece please contact accutelymorbid@gmail.com. If the item is returned within 14 working days, and has not been worn, in most cases a refund can be given.

(For hygiene reasons & due to Covid we cannot accept returns on any jewellery or headpieces.)

Please get in touch before returning an item.

We will replace or refund you for the item upon receiving the returned goods. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products carefully to prevent damage. Please note the return of items is at the senders own expense, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
