Cost

Shipping prices set by current postage rates, and the cost of our packaging. It costs a little more because we take every care to make sure packages are sturdy and will not be easily damaged.

We use An Post to send packages. As such, once a package leaves our care there is nothing we can do about delayed or lost packages. If this is a concern you can always opt for tracked postage. We will send you a tracking number so you can check up on your package.

Packaging

In an effort to be eco friendly we use recyclable packaging as much as possible. As such most of our packaging is paper where possible. Any bubble wrap has been repurposed from other deliveries. We also don’t include any extra printed bits other than jewellery backing and a personal handwritten note. We aim to reduce and reuse as much as we can.

Customs Duties

Orders to outside of Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once the items reach the specified destination. You, the customer are responsible for any import duties incurred on your own purchases.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
